I have had it up to here.

Riot...I honestly don't know what to do. The punishment system itself isn't user friendly... the community was toxic the day you made the game not healthy and toxic. I mean what the fuck do you expect when people who are head of these departments have shown the EXACT same colors and they are the ones developing these systems? REALLY.

Boggles my mind. BOGGLES. MY. FUCKING. MIND. So its a do as I say not as I do...Righttttt. That's gone well huh? Lets look at the dumpster of chat logs that have resulted in bans, chat restrictions and all that good shit. Lets not even get into the inting and cheating. OHHO thats a WHOLEEEEEEEEEEEE other can of worms. Which has gone better ..but its still a huge fucking problem. Hell there was a person that reported someone already today for such inting and has proof and they are still roaming around like a kid in a candy store. AND ITS ON THE DAMN FRONT PAGE.

Argh....okay so...your probably thinking "well we heard you bitch do you have any ideas on how to fix it smart one?" Yeah I got a few. Lets start with the core...You got two options either: a: Fire every fucking person who doesn't abide by your already set community standard; meaning... If you act like the same players that get punished in game you don't have a job. Or b: tone down the punishments.
One or the other. Pick. Another idea is give a warning before you chat ban someone or before extreme punishments... so that it can be avoided without instantly slapping someone around. Now i'm not saying "this is how many games you dont have to be an ass to be an ass again" buttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt at the same time it should be like "hey your being a daft %%%% start behaving or daddy riots gonna put you in time out, and if you do it again were gonna send you to your damn room, got it?" Also I don't know if you do this because well...I have never had a punisment on my account, but if not...if someone does get a punishment make the terms of service pop up again and highlight the most important parts to emphasize and make them give a virtual signature. Not a little check mark. MAKE THEM SIGN IT. I would suggest as I have before the whole "just perma chat ban" but people soft int with that too but...I mean...I guess thats kinda better then them making a new account and driving off the newbies... Its a lesser of two evils I suppose.

Also I want to emphasize this... your players should not be punching bags but at the same time you guys gotta punish people accordingly. I get that it can be difficult but a lot of times its so easy to pick out the shitty people and the people who have been pushed around too many times. Yes, yes, I know its their own fault but the environment of this game is also to blame. There is no disputing that.
