does the tribunal system work?

just a question, personally I've never been punished by it, nobody I know has either, so I wanted to know if the thing works. I also only get the message that my report was sent to the tribunal once, last year (ive been playing for 5-6 years) and I didn't get a message saying she was actually punished. so just a question to any rioter that knows how it works. Thanks in advance. :)

As far as inner workings go stalk riot tantrams threads.(any rioter probably knows something, i ust choose tantram) They don't say xyz is punishable but they kinda gloss what it does

There is not a tribunal.

There was a tribunal. It was ditched by Riot because it was too slow.(allegedly)

You would have to define "works".

Did the system get rid of "toxic" chat? No Did the system accurately identify "toxic" chatters? Yes
