Penaltys
I have been wondering does bans etc get lower. Lets say you get 12 day ban and about 2 week with good behavior does it go back to 20min waiting time etc?

Suspensions and LeaverBuster penalties are completely separate punishment systems. For both though, your punishment tier can decline if you show reformed behavior for a long periods of time. For example, if you have a 20 minute waiting penalty for leaving games, and don't leave a game at all for several months, the next time you receive a LeaverBuster penalty it might be 10 minutes instead. Same goes with verbal toxicity punishments, where if you get a 14 day suspension, then show signs of reformed behavior for several months, your next punishment may be another 14 day suspension or a 25 game chat restriction instead of a permanent suspension.
