Yes I get that I was warned before, and I've gotten better. BUT THIS IS BANNABLE. a back and forth pissing match between 3 players calling each other bad? THIS IS what this community finds perm bannable?

I was perma-banned once in early S2 and I changed for the better. Use this as a learning experience of WHAT NOT TO DO.

From what I can tell you're probably one of those overly sensitive players yourself, that quick-triggers on the report button every game.

Nope. I am actually very aggressive and would be incredibly more toxic than you.... if my intelligence was low that is. I know better than to violate the rules to no end other than 'because I feel like it'.

If you violate the rules, you will be subject to punishment. The rules are established and very clear, if you dislike the rules then you are free to submit a complaint through the appropriate channels.... all of that said; You are not above the rules.

If you want to play in Riot's house, you will abide by Riot's rules. But you are already perma-banned so good luck with your future account, hopefully you learned your lesson.... I doubt you did but we shall see.

Besides that, when you are on your last life, nearly anything remotely toxic will trigger the permaban, because it shows that you really aren't trying

You calling people "noobs" numerous times, but also just being very unsportsmanlike, if you want to give criticism be productive about it. What exactly are you trying to do by calling them horrible/noob do you think will help in winning the game? Threatening to AFK and asking to report numerous times have always been considered reportable. AFK has never been tolerated, and reports should not be something you ask for. Report because you feel like someone has broken the rules.

Uh... you did swear at Morg. Fifth line down. Regardless, the overall tone and insults are punishable. I don't get where your confusion over this being an issue stems from.

But seriously, when you point out how "noob" or bad people are it does NOTHING to help the game. You don't offer advice, you don't shift your play to help them change. You're a critic without being an expert. You're quite specifically "a jerk".

Tips getting immune from perma ban. by Heimer the Tactician :

  • Team feeder
    Heimerdinger : calm. mute all player , include enemy if needed , and stay away from pressing "Enter" button + typing any word till the end of the game
  • Ganked , camp all the way , jungler not helping Heimerdinger : calm. mute all player , include enemy if needed, buy more ward and retreat, dont die if possible . stay away from pressing "Enter" button + typing any word till the end of the game
  • Playing as adc and getting random unskilled support( not buying sighstone, hide behind ur butts when enemy supp keep poking you, support using Ult for kill not for assisting ) Heimerdinger : calm. mute all player , include enemy if needed, farm ,safe .stay away from pressing "Enter" button + typing any word till the end of the game

Last tips Mr Einstein ? Heimerdinger Play the game, Dont let game playing you(r emotion). Lose the game = so be it . Don't intentionaly feed, don't afk. Do your best :)

Aside from your continual degradation of some of your teammates, your cussing AT a teammate, what appears to be an afk threat as well as holding a report threat over Morg's head, it seems like you're only missing a 6 letter slur to really round out the collection.

so basically what you're all saying is i can say anything i want, as long as i don't have a lengthy chat log. so i can use a racial slur and have one line the whole game which is 100 times more toxic than this, and not get banned. but over the course of 30-40 minutes, if i say a handful of things = permaban.

You can type your hands off! Seriously. But as soon as it becomes something reportable, only then does it really become a problem.

The first list seen here is what is reportable behavior. While the second list is stuff that isn't reportable. You can even cuss in chat as long as it isn't meant to demean someone. Example: "FUCK! How did I not see that I was being baited into the brush for a quick kill?!" And it wouldn't be reportable.

Dude this isn't a Disney movie. These unrealistic expectations that people don't get upset and express themselves is just stupid. And lets not forget the context of how chat logs are even manifested. Some guy tells me my mom is at his house, and then i tell him he's bad. but i get reported. It's stupid to just paste one person's chat logs without context, it's like a court room where they only show evidence that proves guilt and withholding evidence that clears a person's name.

Were my comments racial no. were my comments homophobic no. were my comments even sexist no. But my comments hurt someone's feelings, or they wanted to get back at me for reporting yes. The system cares more than the actual "victim's and i use that term loosely about what's said in game.

Are people going home and crying about comments I made in a game no. so why perma ban? Oh i know why Riot is too lazy.

Reporting for intentional feeding is a threat? Blaming is re portable? Unsportsmanlike chat is never a perm ban and isn't in TOS. Negative Attitude not in TOS either.

Then why are you publicly announcing it? There is no need! Just report them at the end game screen. No further input is needed.

Who is saying you cant get upset? everyone gets upset. But once you take it upon yourself to stoop to their level and call them out using slurs and other derogatory, and breaking the rules is what isnt acceptable. What do you think will happen when you say things like this in chat to other people? Do you expect them to get better some how, get some hidden power up from being told they were worthless? No! People know when they are doing badly, and more often than not when others harass said person who is doing badly will make them even get worse than they already are. If you wanted to help them out do so, but do it the right way!

I mean, just don't shit talk your teammates. I can't believe how hard, or how many excuses people make about this. It's a game, if you get heated when you're losing just shut off, when you come on here and demonstrate a completely lack of self control shown by your chat logs and then argue to defend yourself, who exactly is benefiting from this?

You aren't going to gain any favor with posts like these, expect more downvotes and more people to disagree with you, frankly people enjoy it when other's are banned because they deserve it 100% of the time.

Yes its subjective, and by Riot's view it's bannable, so that's exactly what happened. If you play their game, you play don't only play on the rift, you play by their rulebook as well.

The current system deals out punishments in this order:

1.) 10 game chat restriction 2.) 25 game chat restriction 3.) 14 day ban 4.) Permanent ban

The way it works is once you receive one punishment, your next offense will give you the next highest tier of punishment, regardless of how "minor" your offense may have been. It is also possible for Riot to escalate you straight to a 14 day or permanent ban, but Riot really only does this if they deem your case severe enough.

So, the reason why this was a permanent ban is because you more than likely received a 14 day ban recently. If you haven't received one, then it's possible that Riot escalated your case straight to a permanent ban. Keep in mind that just because you received the chat logs for only one game does not necessarily mean that it was the only game that lead to your punishment. The system isn't designed to send you all of the games that lead to your punishment, only 1-3 of the most recent, but Riot has access to all of them.

Fun fact, I was perma banned early January, did I come to the forums to complain about it? No because I know I was completely deserving of it. It amazes me how people still come to the forums to try and defend their toxic behaviour with these disgusting chat logs. Man up and accept it. If you didn't want to lose your main account because of toxic behaviour, you didn't need to hit the enter button.
