Is this punishable?

My last ranked game I qued up for jungle while my duo qued up for mid. We notice our top laner locks in orianna, which was an odd pick to beging with but I had no problem with it. My problem began when I noticed my top laner running down mid lane stating she was mid, when she clearly wasnt. She forced my duo to lane top against a mordekaiser, when he specificaly picked vladimir to counterpick katarina, while my orianna laned against katarina. My orianna ended up with a score of 2/7, then proceeding to flame my vladimir, saying "he has no brain", and leaves. Is this punishable, or did he do nothing wrong to deserve a ban?

If someone refused to play their assigned lane, that is punishable and you should submit a support ticket.

judging by the comments and the amount of upvotes compared to downvotes, i’m going to assume that what this orianna did was wrong, and I will send a support ticket to see if I can do anything to stop this player from trolling future games, Thanks a lot everyone!

I would say leaving the game and flaming teammates are the more likely behaviors to be punished in this scenario. Lane stealing/griefing usually has to be a pattern of behavior for it to be punished. Either way I'd just report after the game is over and move on.
