It reeeeeeeeally seams like riot doesn't care too much about punishing toxic/dodging players on PBE servers. What happened to their "no cursing in my minecraft (league) server" value lol. With the recent Kotaku article exposing the sexist side of working at riot (real or not you decide), it seems like rioters like to use those exact words they ban

Just legit questioning why they won't punish toxic players in PBE servers :V

UPDATE: I submitted a riot support ticket on one of the toxic players I ran into and I got a notification stating that a player was punished (and I think it was the toxic doodoo that I reported)

No kidding! There is no way these players are Honor 2+. It's ridiculous how they can just remain there and continue their behavior. What's worse is I somehow get all the foreign guys that are ridiculous.

I'm sure they get punished eventually. There is just a very dense concentration.

I cried after my first game on the PBE it was so bad.

PBE is a world of it's own. I usually just report anyone who is particularly stupid after the game is over. Just put in the good old, "This person does not benefit the PBE whatsoever. Please deny them access from the PBE."
