what happened to this game

The best thing about this game which is the great gameplay and ability to play with freinds is completely overshadowed by the amount of crap players that are aloowed to troll in lobbies and in gameswho are only there to troll. in lobbies they recieve no form of punishment if they rage and curse and say horrible racist and offensive things because RIOT doesnt do anything do help us... the players. THe fact that there isnt a place where i can talk to a human and resolve issue is absolutley the most chicken shit way of going about things. Riot wont let us complain to them because they wont do anything about it and then they change the game and punish those of us getting reported for simpley saying to report a troll. along with these reports come no rewards which wasnt mentioned in and pre relaease. the fact that i am a good player and cant earn rewards or climb bcause im in a crap matcmaking is unreal to me and others like me that we get stuck in the same group with feeders and racist jerks. when i get reported for saying plz report our feeder. UR NOT EVEN TRYING RIOT. be accountable for ur mistakes and fix them or at least give areason why u cant. not even haveing a help group is bs.
