ranked buggs.. and no way to report

After just losing my series which put me at 89 point... i win a game and i get no lp and and not back in another series. THere isnt even a hey email us and we can fix obvious problems section for riot... thats a huge issue. this kind of buggy crap happens all the time and there is no good way to report it nor is there a way to just fix the issue so most of the time , we the consumer, are left with no help and no resolution to our problems. I'd really appreciate a section in the help in the actually lol clienty for direct email submission that i can actually get a response on.
