How does riot's system work? (school work questions)

An actual question I'm hoping someone a worker will answer. I haven't been punished, i'm not complaining about anyone or anything, i'm just wondering how they work there system? I have a school report and was hoping I could get some answers to iner-workings :D

  1. Is there a bot that helps with minor things?
  2. What warrants human attention (if there is a bot helper)
  3. How do you handle false reports and is there a punishment for false reports? 4 (kind of a question for someone who deals with reports) What is one of the rudest/unruly report reason typed in the explanation box!

I under stand if you can't answer some questions for company policy reason. I also understand that this may not be the right place to ask said questions, but If you could direct me to a place i could get these answered that would be great! Thank you :)

  1. The bot deals with 99% of verbal punishments and some very simple disruptive gameplay behaviors

  2. Most disruptive gameplay behavior requires human review.

  3. There is no punishment for false reports. If a report is found to be false, then the report is discarded.

  4. You can ask more questions to https://support.riotgames.com/hc/us-en though you might need to log in through incognito mode

Disclaimer: I am not a Riot Employee, but some of this information is available via FAQs on support page or search of Red Posts on the Forums.

1.It depends on how you want to define bot. The IFS (Instant Feedback System) uses a machine learning algorithm. It can notice trends and self adjust; making notes in a changelog, and can still be modified manually. Leaverbuster, which handles afks, is a simpler system. Gameplay, is uncertain; but believed to be human review.

2.Gameplay offenses and manual reviews if contested.

3.They get thrown out. Consistent false reports used to reduce report weight, and in the FAQ still says as much. However, Rioters have stated that report weight went away with the induction of the IFS.

4.Probably something they shouldn't share for a school report.

It doesn't. Unless you do something absolutely serious, then nothing happens.

If you do something serious, then 1% chance, that someone actually see it, and depending on mood he may, or may not do anything.

The auto system only catch seriously constantly toxic players. Unless you write like 99 toxic english word without misstyping nothing happens.

Would be an interesting test how long would it take to get banned for cheating. I already tried afking, and it seems ignored. 10 match in 3 hours, and after 3 days. Not even a warning.
