I have never had a more titling game. I was WW jungle he chose Nunu top. After game started he would follow me around and smite my jungle from me. Then I went to lane he followed me and consumed the minions. The me team wanted to report me and him. This is absolute grief and if I ever see him again I do not think I will play this game again.
Hey, as others have said, naming and shaming other players is not allowed on Boards. Be sure to use the report feature if someone is giving you grief!

Posting on the boards will not help you to report them. Riot doesn't read posts like this and they won't see it or help you. Especially if you choose to blatantly continue naming and shaming even after being warned against it.
The proper channel for reporting players for their behavior in-game is to report them after the match.
Your other option is to submit a support ticket here:
Naming and shaming is not okay on the boards. You could start a witch-hunt and cause that person serious mental harm. Don't be an ass. Remove the name.
