I am losing more lp than gaining
I keep losing more lp when i lose than when i gain. There is no way for me to advance in this game. I will be playing hots and dota until fixed

It's unlikely to change significantly in the near future on League.
Either way, this is not a bug, it's just how Riot's MMR system works. Climbing is not impossible, but having large win streaks will cause LP gains to slow down and losses to be more significant.
