There's a chat box but you can't chat there is only certain amount of words you can say They have the full right to delete or perm ban your account with or without notifying you the "customer care specialist" simply don't care they literally don't even read anything, but copy and paste a generic answer to stuff the player this game literally took out the freedom of speech from players The only thing you can say really is "mia, thank you, good luck have fun, and good job" anything else would get you reported and banned It literally turns the game into "let's see who gets banned" instead of "lets play a game of competitive skills" it's a system that only record false and not achievements because it's a system solely made to punish for the fun of punishing it doesn't record any positive activities but any "negative" activity is enough to get you punished, and the term negative is used so broadly there is almost no positive all of the specialist have superior complex it's almost hilarious the most commonly used word by customer care is "we don't care"
