DOES RIOT ban more often, lately those who flame and not inters/trolls?
I saw these weeks more threads than usually regarding RIOT s punishment system and most of them complained about RIOT punishing those who flame inters/trolls in their ranked games. I also have a friend who recently got perma banned without any 2 weeks punishment. He showed me those chat logs and he flamed a bit but not that bad to justify a perma ban. There were 3 games in which he had pretty much arguments but he didn t use any racist words or anything really offending to justify this kind of punishment.
I understand that in general those who flame should get a punishment but I m pretty sure that the number of flamers will be lower if they actually punish, for real those who int/troll or are toxic in other ways that chat, like going other lane and troll there, inting in general, etc. From what I read on boards lately and seeing those chat logs from that person who got perma banned, in my opinion totally unjustified I start to think that RIOT designed their system, lately, to punish much easier those who flame , ok, but how about inters/trolls ? They are who actually ruin our gaming experience, people who play ranked lose precious LP/Promos/Time for some who rage quit, open their lane after they died once and they haven t been ganked yet or those who say: "OK" then they run straight into enemies, inting without saying any word. I want to hear more opinions regarding RIOT's punishment system.
