If you're high af elo and you queue with your low elo friends just so you can wreck new players and flash your mastery 7 while taunting and flaming, You should really uninstall because you're the most toxic of garbage.

Mastery emotes, emotes and champion taunts are perfectly fine. Mute them if you must, but if ingame mechanics get to you that bad, you may wanna consider finding a different game to enjoy. Maybe stick to AI if you really want to play League. But players spamming emotes, masteries, and taunts aren't toxic nor uninstall worthy.
As for the players who are saying "ggez" before the nexus explodes, well not much you can do about it but if you must feel the need to do something about it, report it if it helps you feel better. However, it will likely not become a case just for saying that.
Hahaha I think the reason people come in with those comments is because they don't like people who take time out of their day just to complain about something someone does in game. They aren't defending those people, they're offending you. This thread comes off as childish whining about something that we all deal with, but don't come to the forums to waste time talking about. That's why threads like this get poor responses.
Meanwhile the low mmr/elo people are also at risk of going against high mmr/elo players as well.
It's a double edged sword, my friend. Because if you're with a bunch of low mmr/elo players, and the enemy team is full of mostly high mmr/elo players, low mmr/elo players are usually screwed.
