People do this because they know that IFS isn't perfect, and they keep doing it because they know that nothing will happen to them. I know, "report and move on, don't engage". But goddamn it, it frustrates me to think that nothing is being done about these people, and they're still out there ruining the game for other players.

Everyone has their own account toxicity history. This is on the very low end of mild toxicity. Let the system do its work. Why does everyone think one instant of encountering mild toxicity should get people instant ban? When it is mild toxicity, it's all about FREQUENCY and pattern of behavior, not that one singular game you play with the person.
