Loot restriction after ban

Hey, Quick intro, I have had two 14 day bans, one being recently in mid May, the other being in June 2016. They were obviously deserved. But it seems that the loot restriction has been far bigger this time, since i've gotten out of the ban, i've been playing alot, so its been more than a month of playing after the ban. It would be understandable if the ban history made the loot restriction worse, can someone confirm this?

Maybe further reports against me after the ban extend the loot restriction? Not that I have flamed after my ban in May. (In case you're wondering, you flamed once you are gonna flame again) Yeah, no, no way im gonna type a negative word in chat right after a 14 day ban. Maximum I have done is call someone out on their bad champion pick for the situation.

I've been getting so many honors and im missing out on the loot :( Thanks for reading
