[CLIENT] Installer bug and low priority queue bug

So, my league experience today so far has been the following:

-Set league to install, left my pc for a couple of hours. -Got back, everything seemed to be set just fine. -Queued up with some buddies for ranked flex, on loading bug splat, the game repair automatically starts downloading 6 gbs of files, which leads me to think that the installer only actually downloaded the client as it seemed to be working fine before starting a game.(First bug). -They remake the game, I get 5 games of 20 minute low priority queue. -First of those games, my timer goes from 9 minutes left to 18 minutes left, remained unchanged for my friends, so I just let it set. -So when the timer finally ended, 30 minutes, the queue didin't actually start, making us wait another 20 minutes.

Please look into this.
