Can we please get an option

So I wanted to play kalista right, and i got the adc role. The person in mid wants to trade with me but I say no, then he picks my pick, and I dodge, because I got my role, but this person steals it. Now I have to wait 20 minutes. There should be an option to report this kind of behavior or something, or atleast give us one free dodge.
