and websites still up like its nothing? well lol what does riot plan to do about it?

Some us feel that Riot's banning system is the way it is because they want to force people to get new accounts and to spend money on champs/skins on the new accounts.
It's not possible for RIOT to limit or shut down a website they don't own.
They ban accounts they know were purchased.
