feeds 0/6 at the first 8-9 mins in game. and just doesnt care at all. says he wont be banned etc.. im sure he wont get in trouble. so why waste time telling you all or reporting meh. #gaveuphopeinriot

Your whole team did poorly that game. Taric Top is not a meta choice, and he ended the game at a rough 1/7/2 with only 64 CS, but he did only slightly worse than your 2/8/2 jungle Singed (with Stormraiders!?) or your 2/7/4 Cait.
My point is, sometimes people play like shit. Doesn't look like the guy was inting. And regardless, over time you'll get to enjoy similar failings on the other team to boost your LP back up to what you deserve.
Intentional feeding IS really hard to prove, sadly. The system catches them eventually, but it's not always the fastest process, which is frustrating. Definitely report him though, because that helps the system. :)
