JP refuses to give English support NA rep said post here for help!
I’m really just posting this here because it was recommended by a NA support rep named GK. He said that if the account were given to NA they could get it resolved, but because it’s in JP I should head to boards on Jp and NA to see if anyone there could help/ could find someone higher up to resolve the issue. I know that here directly I can’t really resolve issues but maybe someone could pm with me or something and could help?
( background ) Basically I moved my account over to JP during the last 2 months or so of my study abroad there because I’d met a friend who’d wanted to play. Not long after transferring I found out my brother died, my dad lost his job. And, all of mine, my sisters and my fathers Roth/401k accounts were all robbed in a Ponzi scheme (so yeah not a good week). I ended up taking out my frustrations out on the game and being toxic resulting in a chat ban. I realized how I was acting poorly and took the initiative to try to mute other players and only ping to communicate.
(Issue) Not long after I was suddenly suspended for 28 days and confused why (“evidence” they gave me had the games as follows. Game 1: (end game screen) GG can’t carry game 2: (roughly) asking players trolling top to group a number of times ( no swearing/ profanity just asking to group) game 3: (end game screen) GG), so I sent in a ticket requesting English help to JPs support page. I got no response from them and ended up being forced to wait out the suspension.
Not long after coming out of the suspension I decided to log back on and play. I only got to play I think 10-15 games before suddenly I was logged off and when I tried to log back in again it said I was perma banned. I got no warning, no email, nothing before this occurred. Of those games I believe I only typed in 2 (one at end screen and one in game) and I admit I was taking out some built up stress in that game, but again no death threats or severe insults just reacting poorly to some trolls. Didn’t feel one toxic game warranted a perma ban and so I made another ticket asking for more evidence and asking why this sequence happened. I ended up getting the response (from what google translate told me) “we don’t give support in English, you’re toxic just make a new account”. Now I tried to reply to them a number of times but they copy pasted the same response every time I think due to the language barrier/maybe not wanting to deal with the issue.
I pointed to the evidence they gave me and the fact I’d be moving back to NA anyway and not coming back, so I didn’t see why they couldn’t let me move back to my home account or at least let me get dealt with there. I pointed out how I think the AI who dolled out the punishments gave them in error because of the language barrier. As well as how I’d had not much of any issues on NA for the over 7 years I’d been playing league, in fact I think the last time I had any issues was over a year or 2 ago. I had another major issue another year or so prior when I left the country and my ex broke into my email account and reset my password to try to get me perma banned as revenge. I was able to stop it but not until he’d already gotten me suspended twice.
I really hope someone can offer help as GK said. This is my first account. It’s where I met and taught my current fiancé how to play, and it’s where I was helped through my depression and where I made so many friends. I would be set to lose a number of good friends if this account goes away and lose a lot of money I poured into it over the years. I hope that my loyalty and hours put in will help my case, as well as the evidence I have. However, any help at all would be amazing.
