Why Isnt There A Loss Forgiven When Someone Intentionally Throws A Game?

Been seeing alot more trolls lately and after last game i just feel a little lost about what Riot is going to do about so many games being an absolute waste of time to so many people. Im starting to not have fun anymore, as many of the games ive been playing are being ruined by players whose sole purpose is to be toxic to everyone in game because they think it is funny and then to ultimately make sure our team loses.

Literally had a person auto-lock top last game in ranked. Now im ok with non-meta picks, however it shortly became apparent he was only playing to channel tyler 1. Not 2 minutes into the game he had died 2 times, and had started verbally abusing everyone on the team telling us all to "kys." He then began to intentionally feed even more because he thought it was funny. Then to add to his greifing and feeding, some of the other people on the enemy team were encouraging him, so he began to flash into people on purpose to feed. Is this what league is coming to?

I just dont know if i want to keep playing when it literally feels like there are no punishments for people who are intentional greifing, even when the people who are doing this say so in chat like they are bragging about how they ruined the game for everyone and made us lose. It is making ranked a hell of a lot less fun to play and sadly im starting to lose my interest. Ranked used to be such a big thing for me, to sit and play and find friends. Used to have so many close games, over and over games would be 55+ minutes and it was so intense. Now it seems like every game is over at the longest at 40 because one team either stomps hard and wins fast, or the other does.

Anyways, just really upset about all these games im getting with people who are intentionally throwing. I was wondering initially (before my rant) if there was anything in the works for a loss forgiven in games where intentional feeding and throwing is going on, or if we on the lower end of the elo scale are just going to have to either deal with it, or give up on ranked altogether(I really dont want to quit this game, but honestly im having such a bad experience right now, i have been for the last month or so. Usually i can deal with it, be the number of trolls and verbal abusing people are increasing to the rate where nearly every game is a toxic mess. I dont like playing with this behavior and attitude anymore. It kills my mood and honestly all the verbal abuse and intentional throwing of games is pushing me far away from this game).
