Is trolling just considered okay?

I just played a game with an anivia that took smite, stole my jungle, repeatedly walled me off from being in the jungle/leaving it. No toxic words exchanged at all between us. The botlane and top were upset and flaming us. We all eventually agreed to just open mid after a 15:00 4/1 surrender vote.

This seems like the most obvious definition of trolling/griefing. I made a support ticket with footage of the game included as well as report after.

What am I to think of this? I'm not even toxic anymore, i just mute and move on. But what am I supposed to do about actual trolling? Does it get detected at all by the system? I wanna be toxic and I hate this dude for ruining a game that woulda just went either way, but i know thats obviously a way to get banned.

So why play? This is kind of aids to be stuck with someone asshole in a game. Its hard not to just wanna afk or leave or whatever when you're FORCED to waste 20 minutes of everyone elses time as well.

What would you guys do? I'm not pissed tf out, im just bummed out that this is kinda how it is.

If im feeling like a bitch, can i just troll and be totally unpunished? It seems like thats the mentality. "If theyre doing it and go unpunished, ill do it too." Its extremely toxic to think this way but imo i think thats how it usually begins.

So...An Anivia trolled in a game. As far as you're aware, this is the only time she's trolled.

How does this mean trolls never get punished?

As you can see they do get banned. Not as fast as we'd like but they do get banned nevertheless.

Trolling is not considered okay. Report it with timestamps of what she did and how she went about doing it.

Is murdering considered ok? Can't tell. Saw a tv show where someone murdered and got away with it.

No its not okay. Infact it is so against the rules, that you can be 14 day banned for first offense.

Real trolls will play to win, and ignore chat. Players who are trying to mess with players the whole match, and nothing else are not really trolls they are just toxic players.

It should be. Trolling can be fun from time to time. I would never do any hard trolling myself, but i have done some off meta stuff that is kind of viable just to see my team mates whine.

Riot has a report system so you can feel like you are having an effect on a person you hate.

That is pretty much all it does.

The chat ban thing is sham.

I would have left the game. Unless you're leaving games often, LeaveBuster won't punish you. Which is why I recommend banking good behavior with LeaveBuster so you can save leaving for the most dire circumstances like this one.

Make your own flex team and abandon solo que. Trolling isn't a bannable offence.
