Riot has explained the situation and has informed me that I am being punished for past actions that I was already punished for.

In summary they told me that I am being punished for past actions (which I was already punished for an accepted) and that it has nothing to do with the game provided.

How is a person going to reform if they are not ever given a chance to reform and banned for something they were already punished for?

These two lines make it seem like you stopped trying to win, and were not going to contribute to the rest of the game.

That is a gameplay infraction that would normally receive a 14 day for the first confirmed instance.

Sometimes, in cases like this, the IFS grabs the chat logs as evidence instead of just linking the game and saying that you intentionally fed (since that is what is calls all gameplay infractions).

I dunno, it doesn't look all that toxic, if anything it was mildly negative. By itself I would never consider this punishable.

If you got banned for it then I would assume that either your gameplay reflected some kind of trolling / giving up, or you accumulated chat restrictions and/or a 14-day ban so that the next time would have initiated a ban.

Or it's possible the system made a mistake, there's a few instances in these logs where the IFS could potentially have thought you were flaming when you actually weren't. It's definitely worth making a support ticket about and politely asking for them to manually review the game in question.

Anyway, have my upvote, good luck in getting this reviewed.

If this was the only game given to you in your chat log I would contact support. I think you have a reasonable argument against your punishment.

I guess yeah? I mean, Riot found you to be punishment worthy, and they're the ones who decide what is toxic or not. I dont have enough context or personal experience in that specific game to give my personal opinion. I would lean towards yes just from the amount of whining and blaming in the chat log, but perhaps with more information I would not lean that way.

As someone who regularly rolls my eyes at the regular “I didn’t deserve this ban!” posts, you’re actually one of the few that has my sympathy. That’s the most bs attempt to defend a punishment I have seen (so far). Riot’s Support Team acting like some insurance company tryna get out of a claim.

This is about the only thing I can see as being problematic and I was saying this to the other team because they were going to report everyone on the team because of what two of the people on the team said.

This doesn't deserve to be banned for. Unless you're hiding something and the last thing you were punished for was very bad, then riot's team is off their balls.

I believe there are usually multiple games reported for you to receive any form of punishment. Your other transcripts might be a greater factor than this game specifically.

Just play and you know whether you're being toxic or not. Even if you get shit load of reports, it won't mean a thing if you were never toxic.

honestly it really depends on what the other parties were saying. if you wrote all of that while someone repeatedly wrote "STOP TYPING AND HELP ME DEAL WITH VLAD!!!", well then you are a huge troll. if they were being jerks then you werent

played a few games since 4 years or so. already chat restricted for 10 games. Just gonna drop this game again and move on with my life. Oh well. Was fun for the 5 or so games i played.

Mhm... honestly no. Usually I have no sympathy for toxic players on the forum who cry and whine about their account being banned, because of what is in their logs. There's nothing really in your log though to warrant a ban. Either Riot missed to send you other games logs, or they made a mistake. Contact support.

(provided you aren't lying , aren't editing your logs, or otherwise trying to look favorable on the boards, which I don't assume. But it has happened before with others.)
