If you're a flamer you should try this:
If you find yourself flaming at your team because they aren't doing well win or lose after the match just take a break. A 10 minute break does wonders or even longer if you need. Just take a break to calm yourself down grab a bite to eat, if you need to do the dishes real quick do the dishes just do anything to keep yourself busy and hope that you do better next match. If you choose not to take a break you're more likely to flame again and there is the possibility you could get reported. In the end a 10 minute break is better than consistent games in which your flaming could possibly result in a permaban. I'm saying this as someone who has flamed at people in the past not because they were doing poorly but because they were toxic first. Breaks help alot.
