Unknown ban

I received a perma ban for what I'm understanding an unknown reason, I have been banned in the past with a previous account that my brother (seldom) and I played, took a break from league to reform, came back, no issues, until today that is. I took screen shots with my email name removed, showing that my most recent look at my email that I got nothing from Riot games or League of legends, besides my most recent being league related was gosu streaming, and my most recent email of all being from five below. I can still sign onto the account that was banned and shows "banned for toxicity", I got a reason as to why i was banned, but this one was unknown of, I have no chat restrictions on this account, no suspensions, or warnings post game of me being reported. If I have been banned and were told, I would leave it at that, but this is not the case. I apologize for the crappy images, and if there's a need for better images please tell me how.

The part where it says, "Your chatlog" that you completely blacked out, that was the reason you were permanently banned.

Thats the old account that was banned, you can even see the different name...

When you click on "Settings, managing your account" on the top right here on the forums, and it brings you to the account protection page. Does it display the correct email?

Permanent suspensions are often because of account compromise, and you need to submit a ticket to start the process of recovering it.

Yes it does display the correct email, both accounts have the same email. I submitted a ticket already saying the same with the same images, the ones with my email are unblocked to show it is the same email registered with the account in question that has been banned and the old account that was banned.

If you have a ticket out, that's the correct thing to do. Your account is only suspended, not banned.

Your previous account certainly has nothing to do with the current suspension. You did not receive a player ban.

Only reason I referenced the previous account was the link of the two having the same email, I suspected it had nothing to do with this, and I believe so, and as you said, suspended not banned.

I believe your comments allowed context that I was unable to give and I thank you for that.

I'm remaining optimistic believing this is to help with account security, and not any in game actions I did, as far as I know, but a Rioter may be able to enlighten us or support gets back to me relatively soon.

Even then you can have a rioter tell you these are 2 Separate accounts with time in between the two accounts
