How to unlock honor?

So why does honor not unlock? I have been waiting for about 3 weeks and it is still locked. Also, why don't I get more progress to honor when I endure extremely toxic players and say nothing?

I've also noticed since I got chat restricted I've been on prisoner island, I thought the game didn't do that. But for sure I keep getting stuck with the same toxic people over and over again. I might only get 1-2 games out of a stretch of 10 where there ISN'T a toxic team mate on my team, like wtf?

It's not a matter of waiting. It's determined by how many games you play with positive attitude, or at least no negativity. I've heard from previous posts that you should at least have 50+ games to where you are constantly positive and rarely negative.
