What is the penalty for someone who DCs or AFKs in Ranked?

If for example someone DCs or AFKs for more than one game, what is the penalty?

There has been wayyyyyyyy too many of these cases lately, usually out of 10 games, 5 of them would involve someone constantly Disconnecting and reconnecting. So many games were lost because of that.

People shouldn't have the option to queue if they are having internet issues or if their computer is unstable. While I believe perma ban is a bit much, if you are DCing and AFKing for more than two games in say ten, you need to be banned from ranked for a good while.

Everything else is just fine but this DCing and AFKing is so frustrating it is unbelievable. It is not part of the game, it shouldn't be a part of the game, and it needs to be a priority on the fix list. If it means overly heavy punishment, then so be it. Otherwise it just causes too much unnecessary pain.

They get low priority queue, i guess it can be escalated to a 14d ban through manual review if they really do it often but i'm not sure about it.

You lose the game, don't gain any LP regardless if your team won, fail any promo series if you were in one, and are put into low priority queue (which is linked in another comment someone made).

You lose and get put into a vicious low priority queue that people really hate. Also I agree.

I agree with you. There are so many afkers in ranked that it is just horrible to play with. They may know that a loss is unavoidable but they will go afk to save their KDRs from looking poorly in their profiles. It's almost toxic as doing so tilts the players who are still learning the game.

if its your first offense ever? then you can prolly afk 3-4 games in a row. before anything happens. it all depends on the leaver status. and leavers only get low priority ques which make you wait a certain amount of time before you get into que. i think its 5 minutes and 20 minutes both are only 5 games and the only way to get ride of it is fully play out games
