AFKs PLEASE READ EVERYTHING, it isn't that long.

If you are gone for ten minutes in a ranked or normal game you should be banned for 24 hours. Non escalating until you do it ten times. but non optional. It will not give chat restrictions and will not be part of loss of rewards. But all these rage quitters ruining games need to be removed.

The team with an afk for ten minutes needs to be given something to compensate for the loss. Having 4 v 5 is most of the time is unwinnable through no fault of their team. Remove that game from their records. It is not fair to anyone to lose for no reason after all they had to spend time to play through that.

I see how you could possibly abuse it with duos. But if you as individual are having people leave games to climb it would quickly become obvious and you would be punished. If a game lasted ten minutes after it turned into a 4 v 5 then it wasn't a guaranteed loss to begin with. This would quickly become obvious you're trying to manipulate the system and i suggest 2 times of triggering it you're just perma banned after all its your duo that is doing it consistently enough to influence your climb rate and trigger a system. This would make it so even if you had someone use more than one duo that person would still show up as a problem, but having 3 different friends dc in a row would not trigger it.

The winning team would obviously get the normal victory stuff. If the 4 v 5 won they'd get a little boost of money and a few extra lp and honor points. After all it takes really good teamwork and skill to win when at a huge disadvantage.
