I disagree with he restriction as i never insulted anyone or said anything worse than shut or or leave the game if you're gonna give up instead of spamming surrender. I said fucking in a few games but not towards anyone. Like after an enemy ww ganked me for like the 5th time i said i hate fucking Warwick in team chat. But thats not the point will i get my season rewards?

Tl;dr play 10 games to get rid of the restriction, don't get banned and you're ok.
