as the title says. Bribing the other team and saying, ' if you let me win, i'll gift you a skin!" is that bannable [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

I never considered that because I never thought that would work to begin with, but it's hard to say. Like the other team is indeed committing an offense for intentionally losing the game, but the bribery act itself, whether followed through or not, is...arguable since I don't recall any specific term that prohibits it. I'd like to be proven wrong, though.
I would figure this is bannable, you are pretty much saying "if you throw the game, I'll gift you an ultimate skin", If you follow through with it atleast
I dont know if its an offence because the other team is agreeing 4/5 to surrender which is their decision
