Leaver buster due too a game glitch

So I've sent in a few logs and a dump file they let me know that it is an issue and are working too fix it, but I've been hit with another leaver buster penalty, I don't think that is very fair, I never afk or leave even if my team is losing and wont FF i play until the nexus blows up, but now i am being punished for a glitch/bug and i think this is ridiculous can my leaverbuster penalty be solved or can i get any sort of solution ?
