Game freeze every 2nd to 3rd game after latest patch

Since the latest patch I have been experiencing game freezes after a couple of matches played, sometimes up too 3 games before I get a freeze, after that it does not allow me too alt tab into my desktop or the primary league of legends back screen and i cant even open an task manager, I have too reboot my computer which honestly bothers me, I can really damage the health of my system if I can please have a respond, is this something that others are also experiencing? Or do i need to look into my system? This is my first post with you so any feedback on how we can get this solved will be much appreciated, Thanks.
