hear me out. a chat restrict 10 takes 3 toxic games. 25 takes 3 more. 2 week ban takes 3 in a short time.. and perma ban takes 3.. thats a total of 12 games.. of course the 3 games have to be within close distance of each other, but shouldn't the punishment count reset after.. 500 games played or.. end of each season? what is 12-20 toxic games compared to 500+? im hoping with the new honor system that unless you get punished at 1-0 honor rank you cannot be perma banned
Receiving a punishment in the new system drops your honor -- it might even reset it entirely to 0.
Also, all non-permanent punishments DO reset with a sufficient number of games played. You can eventually get even a 14-day ban down to the same level as a never-punished account if you play enough games with good behavior.
There's no reason to reset the punishment of players just because they've been toxic enough to warrant punishment several times but all with "some time" between incidents.
