Someone explain how this is ok for players in the ommunity to get away with

So just now i receive a punishment from tribunal that makes no sense to me based upon the facts of the game and the chat logs. Basically i was playing support and the enemy talon in mid was roaming all through red side of the jungle and down to bot lane at us. so i call out the syndra mid and tell her hey it would sure be nice if you would stop him from roaming or maybe roam your self.

so the syndra replys with i pinged he was gone and maybe you should ward up and no over extend........... i look at the map really quick and my items, i had a control ward and three wards up still, control ward in tri bush, ward in the river and and two in the lane bushes because of the lux support...... so i scrolled in the chat log to look for the ping that was claimed to be done, there was none. So i replied with you didnt not ping though, and then the top lane graves chimed in with much of the same as syndra, with the syndra going on about something saying i pinged multiple times and calling me a "Dumbass", so i jokingly and theorectically said, i would walk down mid and feed talon i mean your all ready feeding, which i never once did, so what if syndra was 1/1 the talon was fed from roaming and all the farm he had so yeah.

anyway both the sydra and graves were going on and bad mouthing me and at the end of the game we all died near nexus except for syndra, which we could of just won i dont know why no one was just attacking the nexus, anyway once we die the syndra just goes in and dies to all of them and then ends up quitting.

right at the score screen she came back and was able to submit a report along with atleast the graves and what not, i mean i understand i dont have the best way of talking to people in games but its the most simplest way to speak to them even though i makes so many peple upset and i dont understand why im punished and neither of them were when they were clearly being abusive and trying to bait me all game to die which was caught by 3 of the other players on the other team.......... i feel like doing my job and being punished for it when syndra was doing their job as a mid laner most of the game and ended up just feeding in the end anyway.

just because i said what i said about talon and feeding him does not mean it would happen, in fact doesnt tribunal know how to read chat log and see what is really meant or are they that full of trolls and kids that just want everyone banned...... i dont feel like i deserve this ban at all, in fact the last three games i played that supposdly contibuted to it doesnt make sense....... here is some advice, you dont like how someone talks to you or your not sure weither its toxic or negative then you shouldnt be playing league.
