I didn't cheat....I know the terms of use. I know right from wrong. There's all these people getting away with actually cheating and you choose to ban me. I don't understand this. I am literally retarded at computers. It is all I could do to even install this game. Please, explain what I can do to fix this. I really like this game, to the point where I've bought a lot of skins, and I never did anything to get banned. Please. I sent in a ticket and they keep telling me I'm exploiting this game. No one else has access to my account, and I don't cheat. They refuse to tell me why I'm banned. They refuse to tell me what makes it look like I'm cheating, they refuse to tell me what program I'm accused of using. But I'm not letting my account go this easy.

my mom says the same, you should see her laptop. i didnt know you can fill up internet explorer with 80% toolbars and 20% internet explorer. maybe you downloaded something without knowin?

I'm going to make this quick and simple as well, RIOT games lends you the skins you buy, since the game is free they feel they have the right to make any judgement call they want to because its of course their game, but I do believe that you as the user and supporter of the game deserve to know why you were declined usage of the game and the money you spent on the game is going to waste now, I honestly if they do not supply an answer you can either dispute those charges made to your account to get your money back or they can pony up and give you the tribunal report and let you speak your part on this issue. I think the tribunal should be run by the players the same as overwatch is used by the players in CSGO. That system actually works to actively ban cheaters before they get too far ahead.

If this is true, shouldn't Riot at least say what program was used? I've been reading so many of these horror stories lately, people getting banned for "using third party programs" with no response, and I'm worried I'm going to be next for using Skype, or Discord or something. Riot really ought to at least tell the person what program they used that they shouldn't have.

yea this is definitely bull, i knw for a fact that you can have good days when playing league, im a person who goes from bronze 5 to silver an back again. it depends on who we get put with in ques, becuz when u have seriously toxic ppl u will do very bad an in bronze u have tons of toxic players. so much to the point u just cant win unless u mentally restrain urself. if shes banned for playing a few really good games then i should be banned for jumping from bronze 4 to silver 5 in a week..... after doing really poorly before hand..... ive spent around 400 dollar on this game an if i ever get banned for this crap i expect a full explanation or all my money back or im suing summoner 11 becuz that makes no sense if u cant explain ur actions at least an that is in the code of conduct Garen

I feel like Riot should take a deeper look into this thread, I'm 100% positive CinderHella wasn't using any type of 3rd party program, Please fix this. I know the frustration she's going through. I'm sure it was some sort of confusion or toolbar or something that messed with league. I'm sure she wasn't cheating

Did you share your account with anyone? By the looks of it there was a point that it did look like someone did infact might of but I can't be 100% sure but it does raise and eyebrow.

Well, same thing happened to me. I did manage to get them to confirm it wasn't any program I have or have ever had, so now I just know they've got an incorrect flag and/or insufficient info. They've basically told me to go away -- they just don't seem to understand that it's a matter of principle to keep the ticket going so long as an incorrect verdict stands.

It's sad, though. The false ban seems to have basically killed my friends' interest in league -- we're kinda just moving to ESO now as another thing to play together.

Same happened to a friend of mine. They were banned for "using a 3rd party program" and they don't even know what that is. The funny part is that I was on Skype with them when we were playing and in the games he was reported for, he actually was feeding the first 20 minutes of the game and I got him fed + the enemy was stupid. It's funny how Riot cares not about what was actually happening simply because their buggy "detection" program says you were using a 3rd party program.

If riot banned you just based on some scores then that's not fair by any means. If riot just banned people because they were having a good day then they would loose a ton of people.

Exact same thing happened to me on my main account, GeraldDuck. I really do think it's flagged by a lucky win streak when playing with friends, when you previously didn't do well, or you start doing bad after that win streak. I mean, I almost exclusively play Leona support, so scripting / hacking really does NOT make any sense. But like you, Riot just keeps telling me the exact same message, over and over, about how I used exploits and they can't elaborate, and that I should just give up. I'm 100% certain the whole team did not investigate, because if they did, they'd see how odd it is to hack when you're a support Leona o__o.

Well, i remember i was jungle, when i ganked, our adc didnt move, anyways, we still won the fight 2 vs 2, we got 1 kill, almost 2 of them. Best bet is to never stop re-opening/adding followup to your tickets -- it's a little frustrating to them, but if everyone were to do that, they'd have some reason to reconsider the precision of their detection, and, well, you have literally nothing to lose (I mean, what are they going to do, ban you for too many tickets OH WAIT)
