Maestro Error

Maestro error. I've restarted my computer, restarted my internet, disabled my firewall, ran as administrator, opened from C:\Riot Games\League of Legends , did compatibility trouble shooting, and did the repair scan from the launcher. I'm out of ideas. I've googled this and tried every "fix" I've found. Nothing works.
