This is getting old...

So we really need a way to report a player in pre-game lobby or be granted a skip if enough people vote for it in lobby. Just had a summoner lock in Nami Top and when asked why stated he just wanted to troll that game. I dodged as a 6 minute timer is better then a wasted 20 minute game and significant lp loss.

Needs to be a way to combat that sort of thing as it is a VERY common problem, especially in low elo. People get tilted then decide they don't care about their rank and go on a trolling spree.

P.S. No one banned his desired champ or bmed him in anyway before he locked in the Nami and stated his intent to troll.
