Can we get an appeal button?

My area has been having some issues with the internet lately, this has caused me to disconnect a few times in the last couple weeks. However, I am usually able to reconnect and finish the game and only have 1 where I just couldn't connect at all. In my last game I couldn't get in for 9 minutes because I had to reset my router, but I did reconnect and finish the game with an ok score for a support 1/4/13. I apologized to the other players and noone seemed upset, my team even won but leave buster decided to punish me anyway. So now I have to wait 20 minutes to even que and that is fucking bullshit especially since its an automatic system that can't take into account some extenuating circumstances. I admit I have left games in the past and been put in the lower priority que before but I have mostly stopped that, I even got a message a couple months ago thanking me for my improved behavior. I think I have only left 1 game intentionally in the last month and that was because my entire team was feeding and being toxic with one another and wouldn't just surrender on top of that. I think an appeal button would help in cases like these. It would give players a chance for an actual person to look at their case and make a decision instead of just autopunish for dc's. Surely they can detect reconnection attempts so you can even have a system in place that counts those vs number of games dc'd from and auto dumps appeal request from people who aren't trying to reconnect. Honestly, it probably needs a more complicated formula than that to stop everyone from hitting the appeal button but at least give us an option riot.
