So no, It's not a problem, that they don't respond directly to me, my problem is that they completely avoid all kind of communication about these kind of questions.

That's setting a dangerous precedent.
Riot would set themselves up for a huge wave of people constantly posting on the boards attempting to oust other players for what they perceive to be intentional feeding. And they simply wont have the time or manpower to confirm each case. People would constantly point at the few instances that Riot chose and ask why can't their situation be looked at as well.
It's essentially a tragedy of the commons. While Riot employees could try and devote their manpower to help a few individuals that post about their problems, it becomes just a detriment if everyone is doing it.

Yet, I didn't even try to report anyone on boards, I asked a general question about the system, yet they tend to avoid ALL kind of this conversations.
AeroWaffle1 votesThey handle requests to reverse bans. Not start them. And they only jump in when there's a fair amount of people that believe that the ban deserves reversing.
Those situations are both rare and necessary. A false ban is far more a problem than a person who should be banned but is not.
