So someone can go int and ruin your game but you're not allowed to flame seems fair riot

what will flaming accomplish other than tilting the rest of your team even harder
Both gets punished, inters even harder. They get a 14 day ban for the first time. Flaming gets, if its not racism or other extreme stuff, only a chat restriction.
Ppl have bad games, or they int. Either way, flaming isn't going to make them better. If anything, they'll just mute and report you.
Weird, I didn't know that players who are trolling stop trolling when they get a reaction. Seems like the opposite to me.
Flaming does absolutely nothing but turn the one troll into a troll plus someone harassing them.
Your teammates have had to go from dealing with a troll, to also having to watch you verbally abuse them.
