False reports get thrown out.
Since there is no assigned roles in blind and role call is only a courtesy, you aren't breaking any rules in that situation.
just as in every dictatorship. you have nothing to fear if you have nothing to hide.
There are no rules against going anywhere you want in blind pick, since there is no role selection.
So any reports filed against you for that reason won't be valid and won't count.
If people want to get their role (and be the only one in it), they need to play draft pick :)

Calling roles is only courtesy in blind. While I think it's extremely rude for you to do so, especially since you may ruin games for other players (Assuming you take lanes that people call, if you don't than nevermind), you can't be punished for getting reported by too many people or for "instalocking" in blind.
You may get punished for "Not Communicating".
If you said in the game things like: sht, rekt, ouch. Yeah you can get banned or at least your account accumulates negativity.
False reports don't do anything. You're okay. Blind pick is the wild west lobby. No real rules as to who gets to go where.
Numbers don't matter.
