Blind pick has this issue and sometimes even draft where people lock in no matter what roles are called and either force others to play a different role or end up having to kick out a person out of a lane because there will be duplicate people in one lane.
It's not verbal abuse, so what would it be under?
None. No one cares about blind.
it's blind pick. champ and go.
if you got complaints...there's always draft.
or ya can be 'one of those' and dodge.
if they do it in draft then just report them after game, but it doesn't matter in blind
I try not to take blind pick seriously. To me it's a fast q time game mode for casual gamers, but I try to be respectful myself. I think if someone instalocks you can still play what you want either way. I wouldn't mind if you wanted to go urgot adc or lux support.
I instalock every single game. It doesn't make a difference whether I instalock or not because I'm playing the same champion regardless as I am a true one trick pony. If you have a problem with it then you can dodge. There is no rule that says I can't play Taric every single game no matter what role I am. Yes, I even played Taric ADC earlier today. If my team didn't want it to happen then they shouldn't have picked everything but ADC leaving that spot for me.
