Explain me a thing?

So I've come across this a lot recently; the mindset that just because you're not in ranked, you shouldn't report toxicity.

Ergo, people aren't reporting toxicity in normals because it's not ranked.

My first question is WHY.

My second is what the everliving fuck?

If someone is flaming your team, griefing, intentionally feeding, or otherwise being toxic, WHY is that not report worthy, no matter the game mode?

Fuck, I report people for flaming in arams, let alone normals.

The report tool is there for a reason, and by not reporting these people, you're potentially ruining the game for other people that could be matched up with them in future.

I genuinely don't understand.
