Are boards moderators xenophobic?

Reposting, because I got another thread deleted... despite of, this time, being in english, they said it was in wrong boards section (well, it happens) ¬ ¬

I created a thread in portuguese and it got almost insta-deleted. Then I went to my profile and found a thread in polish that was created six days ago and it not got deleted, despite of my reports.

Moderators treated different languages with different interest, in one case acting hard and in other ignoring completely. All I can assume with this is that moderators are, in fact, xenophobic.
