I was playing this game with a Nidalee. She fed the entire game, didn't help, and then tried to say we were all bad. After the game I reported her and then she added me. When she added me she just started shit-talking me in messages. I then asked her to stop, and she didn't. I would like to know how to report someone, through messages, for Verbal Abuse and Harassment?

Well, first off don't add someone like that. Second I believe you can just screenshot and submit it. Its better to report through the system since that's probably a more streamlined process for them that would get results faster.

I'm not sure what exactly you mean by 'harassing' or what Riots policy is on it. I'd have to believe that in order for them to do anything about a private message it would be very difficult and hard to determine what to do. If it's some kind of threat indeed screenshot and send a ticket and then delete the person.
I feel like this is a good question, even though you could delete them because I have had people spam me for services against the TOS and wondered if I should report but never did simply because I didn't know what to do.
