Trolling Pre-Game

In your Dynamic que, you get to select a role and your champ. Now, here is the part that makes no sense. Let's say Summoner234 wanted mid but got stuck with his secondary. I have mid because the luck of the draw and he begs for it. I politely say no, and show everyone, hey "IM GOING TO PLAY YASUO, YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS BECAUSE I HAVE HIS ICON SELECTED." so, then Summoner234 out of spite, anger, and just pure trollishness, decides, HEY I AM GOING TO BAN YASUO, BECAUSE I AM A TODDLER, AND DON'T GET MY WAY. Then I'm screwed because I was trying to practice said champ. This pre-game time where bans are allowed is being taken advantage of. This needs to be a punishable offense in League of Legends, it ruins the game for many with this over rated tantrum bullshit. Please make this a reportable offense. It is NOT fair and is most definitely toxic.
