Leaver buster for 20 min...even though I haven't dced from a game in over 3 months

Now, I understand leaving a game is a crime that carries alot of retribution, especially in ranked, but 20 min leaver buster when I haven't dced since like early may, I think that might be a little bit extreme. Now don't get me wrong, dcing from a game is a serious crime but come on, life happened to me and I had to bail from this ranked game, yet I get leaver buster for 20 min because of one game. Don't you think that's a little extreme riot? I love you guys, really, but come on.
