Reporting for Fountain Dives That Lose the Game?

So, if people decide to dick around and h*ck with the enemy champions and ignore the nexus, and instead fountain dive and die, or anything of the sort, which then results in the loss of the game, is this reportable? And if not, can we MAKE it reportable?

DISCLOSURE: YES I know that the game wasn't singlehandedly lost EXCLUSIVELY because they dicked around at the end and died instead of just hitting the nexus.

However, if focusing on hitting the nexus and completing the game would have guaranteed a win, and instead they dicked around for no good reason and died, leaving the nexus with 200 health and the enemy team comes back to win it, is this not, by definition, INTing? You're diving the fountain to show off, fully knowing you're going to die because you want to style flare on your teammates in a silver or gold game. Your actions that would have gotten you a win instead causes you and your whole team to have to deal with not only the loss of LP (risk of demotion included), but also an exceptional waste of time as a result.

I'm not blaming any inability to climb exclusively on this, but let's be real how many more games would you guys have won if people didn't dick around and throw? I've already had this happen in 5 out of the ~30ish ranked games I've played in preseason alone where we would have 100% guaranteed gotten the win if they focused the nexus instead of trying to style on the enemy and failing miserably. (Yes preseason doesn't matter, but it happens just as often during the actual split too.

I mean yeah, I get it I'm salty, but I also want to hear other's thoughts and discussion about this. Is this reportable? If it isn't, SHOULD it be? I don't see how this is any different than Grieving or INTing if it takes a win away and turns it into a loss 5 minutes later.
