How am I getting chat restricted when I don't pose poor behavior? I was chat restricted because I had a large report count from party of a players. GG riot thanks for your poor tribunal system. Part of the reason why this community is so terrible. Was never a toxic player but now my next 25 games won't count for anything because a party of people wanted to validate their poor game performance by putting it out on me and mass report me for no reason. Oh but you said three bad words ingame. That shouldn't matter, there's a censor for a reason.

there's a censor for a reason.

That is not what the mature language filter is for. It is to reduce the exposure of offensive language to minors, not to allow you to say whatever you want. It is up to you to control your behavior, not the other players. When you refuse to do so, that is when Riot does it for you and gives you a chat restriction.

Actually, multiple reports from a premade only have the weight of a single solo report, and even that aside you will not get punished if you are not being negative. If you want to discuss the validity of your punishment with the community, I'd suggest posting the reform card your received in your client. If you want to contest your punishment you have to submit a Support Ticket.

I'm never toxic, but this particular report it showed was so misinterpreted, that it really should not even count as a legitimate validation of a chat restriction. It was a party of people who decided to take their frustration out just because they were playing poorly.

I didn't exaggerate when I say a "few bad words", of course it's not an excuse to be an asshole, but I literally said a few cuss words which showed some sanction to the report.

That alone probably won't cause a punishment. Anyone needs a history of negative/toxic chat to even get the lowest punishment of a 10 game chat restriction. The only way one game will cause a severe punishment is if the players chat has so much toxic chat in it that only an escalated punishment might get the point across. This is usually reserved for excessive use of death threats, racial, & homophobic slurs just to name a few things.

I would still recommend posting your chat logs you receive from the in-client reform card. We can still help you out. I honestly don't want to see people getting banned. I'd rather see they reform. You don't have to become a veritable ball of damn sunshine every game though. Just be a good player to work with. Friendly chat, and/or its focused on the gameplay like Dragon calls, enemy summoners down, or if their ults are down.

Log in to your account and a reform card should pop-up. It usually comes with up to 3 games worth of chat logs.

In your other thread that got deleted, it was explained to you that premades count as one report.

It was also explained that you get punished by accruing reports over a series of games, not just one.

Yes, but this last report shouldn't count as a legit response to poor behavior especially what the other people were saying to me regardless I have it handled now and the restriction was lifted
